Each integration of Contact Science into another platform is called a Pairing. When using more than one Pairing, companies can use Contact Science as a conduit to balance the databases of the two non-Contact Science platforms. An example would be moving a HubSpot database into Autotask.
When using more than one Pairing, each platform is updated at the same time as calls are made. So when a caller updates an email address in Contact Science, for example, it will also update in both HubSpot and Autotask.
