I like MyKlpz, but do not want to do any of the set up?  Can I just send you my messaging and lists and have you do it? 

Yes.  While Klpz is easy to administer, you can have us do it for you.  We are fast and work by the minute.  Hire us to be your personal administrator by pre-paying for one hour of MyAdmin services.   

What about small changes to the basic set-up that I am not allowed to do?  

We will make a number of framework changes at no charge.  For some of the more complex ones, we will quote you a small fee in advance.

Is there a contract period with Klpz?

Klpz is a month to month service payable by credit card.  No long term agreement.

Who owns the data in Klpz?

The data is always yours.  Contact Science does not have a claim to it, does not need it, use it or want it.

Can Klpz interface with my CRM?

Klpz interfaces currently to Salesforce.com via the AppExchange.  Klpz provides a Web Service so that your technical team can connect to Klpz to move Suspect information back and forth between any system.

Do you sync with Outlook?

No.  Klpz is not a calendar.  As a practical matter, when setting appointments you have the 'calendar that runs your life' in front of you to make sure you pick an open time.  We sync with Google Calendar, which provides synchronization to Outlook and mobile phones.

What technology do I need in order to use Klpz?

You need Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 3.0 or higher, you are ready to go.  We do not support Safari and Google.

7 I like the process, the precision and the reports, but I can’t find the time to make the calls.  Suggestions?

Can MyKlpz users upgrade to Klpz Corporate?

Yes, upgrading can be done.  Contact any of our Sales Executives to learn more about how that is done and what additional options are available.
