Term of Service. Klpz is a month to month subscription service. Cancellation can be done at any time with no advanced notice and no processing fee. Notification of cancellation can be done on-line from users MyAccount tab in Klpz or in writing to Contact Science, 1930 E. Rosemeade Parkway, Suite 206, Carrollton, TX, 75007.
Billing & Payment. Contact Science shall invoice customer credit card for one month of service in advance each month. The date for billing is established by using the registration date. Fees are non-refundable. Fees for additional services requested by customer will be billed as rendered. Cancellation of service does not relieve Customer of responsibility for outstanding fees for services rendered.
Refund Policy. All sales are final.
Data Security. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Customer Data. All data entered into Klpz by Customer to the Service remains the sole property of Customer. Contact Science makes no claims to Customer data. Contact Science may access Customer's account, including without limitation Customer Data, to respond to service or technical problems. Contact Science shall make available to Customer an export file facility to allow Customer to take Customer information out of Klpz at any time.
Privacy Policy. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Contact Science may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
